The beauty of a kid's imagination lies in its unpredictability. Their imagination is free and wild, full of possibility. In our Nature and Music class, kids had a safe place to explore creativity with colored pens, musical instruments, and the beauty of nature.

They drew what inspired them - cockatoos, ocean waves, playful dogs, camping, and sunlit beaches- then shared how their art made them feel.

New friends collaborating on their musical ideas

Together, we learned about the basics of songwriting, and the kids transformed their art and emotions into a collaborative group song, which they proudly performed for their parents.

Students were free to create without judgment, collaborate without fear of failure, and learn without pressure. More importantly, they were able to connect with nature, with one another, and with themselves. This class was a celebration of curiosity, creative expression, and making new friends.
