When smiling students find you on a beach in the afternoon and start singing songs from the school's presentation of "A Bird's Eye," you know it was a success and that a lasting impression has been made on all.
The goal was never a performance. The goal was to have fun while learning; tapping into the students' curiosity, imagination and creativity.
When a student is having fun, solving a problem and actively learning, anything is possible.
